1. Program Description
   Nitro CarParts uses SMS to provide:
   • Order alerts and updates
   • Promotional offers
   • Customer service notifications
2. User Consent & Opt-In
   Users must give consent by submitting their phone number. You confirm you are 18+ or have guardian permission.
3. Opt-Out Instructions
   To unsubscribe, reply “STOP”. A confirmation message will follow. Reply “HELP” for assistance.
4. Message Frequency
   Users will typically receive no more than 4 promotional messages per month.
5. Cost & Carrier Liability
   Standard message/data rates may apply.
   Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. User Responsibilities
   Users must provide accurate, up-to-date contact info.
   Misuse or fraudulent activity is not tolerated.
7. Limitation of Liability
   We are not responsible for indirect damages or service interruptions outside our control.
8. Dispute Resolution
   Disputes will be governed by the laws of Telangana, India and resolved via binding arbitration.
9. Modification of Terms
   We reserve the right to update these terms. Updates will be posted on this page or sent via SMS.
